Recently, the company informed about the Greyscale testing Android 10 for the Vivo S1 Pro. This test is done to fix major bugs and issues in the update before it rolls out to the audience. This process generally takes from a few weeks to a month to finish.
In response to a user question regarding the Funtouch OS 10 update, the Vivo India on twitter writes, “Hi, we appreciate your patience. we have already rolled out Android 10 for vivo S1 Pro handset. Please wait, you will get the notification soon on your smartphone automatically”.
The Funtouch OS 10 based on Android 10 for Vivo S1 Pro is rolling out as version 6.8.14 in India which will cost you 3.84GB of data. Vivo confirms that the update is rolled out but not many users have received the update yet. This might be an indication that the company is rolling out the update in small batches. [via]
