Like previous versions, Android 13 will include behavior changes for improving performance, security, privacy, battery life, and more. In some cases, these changes can affect apps until they’re updated to support Android 13. So you could see the effects ranging from minor issues to significant limitations. In general, most apps, APIs, and features will work as expected. It’s possible that Google will release the stable version as early as September 2022, just in time for the launch of the new Pixel 7 and 7 Pro in October.
