How to fix Snapchat stuck on tap to load issue
Method 1: Restart the device
First, you should start with simple troubleshooting. Try rebooting your device and try to access Snapchat to notice if the snaps are loading properly or not. In many instances, just a simple restart can fix the glitches.
Method 2: Check your internet connection
Check your internet connection, sometimes you might have enabled flight mode on your phone. In case it’s enabled accidentally, disable it. Moreover, check other apps and see if the internet is giving trouble to other apps too. Try using an alternative network if available. If you’re on cellular data, you can try to switch to a stable Wi-Fi network and then access Snapchat. If the internet issue still persists, contact your ISP and get it fixed.
Method 3: Clear cache of Snapchat
Head over to the Settings app Under Apps and Notifications, tap on See All Apps Scroll down to Snapchat and then open it Then, tap on Storage and Cache and then tap on Clear Cache Close Snapchat and relaunch it
