How to find the academy Glintstone key?
You can easily find the academy Glintstone Key near the Temple Quarter, West of the Academy of Raya Lucaria. Once you arrive at the Temple Quarter, continue going straight through and use the map to aim for the Northeastern outskirts of the ruins. There, you’ll find the Site of Grace, which you can activate for resetting any enemies and rest. Once you’re ready, leave the site and head North towards the floating scarabs, where you will come across a large sleeping dragon. This will be the Glintstone Dragon Smarag and you’ll have to sneak past it to get to the Glintstone Key. The Key will be behind the dragon, on the body of the dead sorcerer. Once you’ve got the key, head back to South Raya Lucaria Gate and use it at the barrier to travel to the Academy of Raya Lucaria.
How to complete the Thops Questline?
When you enter Liurnia after defeating Godrick the Grafted, you will find the Church of Irith. There, you’ll come across a sorcerer named Thops who will ask you for the Glintstone Key. To find the key for Thops, you’ll need to go to the Academy of Raya Lucaria. Continue with the quest until you reach the Debate Parlor, where you’ll be fighting the Wolf Dragon of Radagon. Once you’ve defeated the boss, go to the large courtyard to the North after resting.
Once you’re outside, turn left and then climb up the rubble and stars while avoiding any enemies. After you’ve reached the top of the stairs, turn left and then jump over the ledge and climb the ladder. Then, go around the right side of the tower until the end. Follow the path around and then jump onto the rooftops below. Continue hopping along the rooftops back towards the Church of the Cuckoo. Then, you’ll find the Church of the Cuckoo rooftop. You’ll have to hop through the open window and get onto the rafters inside. You should carefully walk along and look onto the chandeliers. Once of them will contain a corpse that you’ll need to loot to get another academy Glintstone Key. You need to take it back to the Church of Irith for completing the Thops questline.
