The software update comes with the HarmonyOS 2 version 2.0.0.212 for the Huawei Nova 5, while the Nova 5 Pro users are receiving it as HarmonyOS 2.0.0.212/213. According to the changelog shared by Huawei in a forum post, the update does not bring anything new other than the January 2022 security patch. Huawei Nova 5i and Nova 5i Pro, on the other hand, are receiving the new software update with HarmonyOS version 2.0.0.211, an upgrade from 2.0.0.210. Likewise the Nova 5 and Nova 5 Pro, the Nova 5i and Nova 5i Pro are also receiving the January 2022 security patch.
