The update is rolling out via OTA and carries firmware version A205XXDXU9BUC4. As per the information, the latest update for Galaxy A20 is currently rolling out in parts of Asia and will expand to other regions pretty soon. Galaxy A20 users in Asia who have not received the update yet can manually check for the latest package by heading to Settings » Software update. It’s quite sad to mention that Galaxy A20 is not included in the company’s promise for 3 major OS upgrades. But, the device should continue to receive regular updates for a while.
