As usual, the Android 11 go update for the device will be rolled out in several Waves. Currently, the update is being rolled out in 20+ countries and many countries will get the update in the later weeks.

The news has been shared by dipankar paul staff member @nokia community. Just like other Nokia phones, 30% of Nokia 1 Plus users from the mentioned regions already got the update. And as per Nokia, 100% of Nokia 1 Plus users received the update by 5th June. If your region is not in the first Wave, then you will have to wait for the next Wave.
If you own the device, you can manually check whether the device has received the update or not by going to Settings > System > Software Update. [source]
