Samsung’s April 2021 security patch fixes 21 CVEs (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) from Samsung and 30 critical CVEs from Google. In addition to a new security patch, the update improves Bluetooth connectivity and overall stability of functions.
The latest update for Galaxy A50 is currently rolling out in India with firmware version A505FDDU7CUD1. It might roll out to other regions pretty soon. If you’re an A50 user and still waiting for the update then manually check the status by navigating to Settings » Software updates and then tap on Download and install button, if an update is available for download.
